I helped launch the online, 2-day conference, The Art and Craft of Photography, featuring some of the world’s most inspiring photographers and educators, each presenting two sessions: one on the art and one on the craft of photography.
Event planning and production spanned twelve months, with my involvement taking place in the final five months leading up to and covering event soft-launch, hard launch, social media promotion, and conference hosting and emceeing.
The target audience for this campaign was hobbyist and amateur photographers, as well as professional photographers looking to hone their craft and upgrade their photography skills.
The results:
160 paid conference attendees ($199 early bird; $299 regular admission)
82% satisfaction rating of surveyed attendees
36.5% average email open rate across 30 emails
